Memberships

How does the membership work?

We offer 4 different membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different amount of services/access, starting from the most basic to the most comprehensive. These memberships are subscription-based and paid monthly in order to continue access to the services described below.

What types of services are included in the membership(s)?

The services clients gain access to depend on which membership tier they subscribe to. See the Members ONLY section to know which of these services are included in each different subscription. Depending on the subscription chosen, clients can gain access to: 

• Music Submission(s) into Database

Clients can submit up to 10 tracks, pieces, or examples of their visuals to be entered into our database. We ONLY shop submissions that are a part of our database.

• Artist Profile

A one-page profile on our website that includes photo(s), bio, social media links, and examples of work. This page will be maintained by our media team.

• Social Media Promos

We'll craft compelling posts and ads tailored to the client's brand story and audience. We handle every aspect of executing a strategic multi-channel campaign tailored to the client's brand and goals. 

• Features 

A direct public display of the client's artistic talent which can include collaborations with other artists/creatives to executive projects or hold events. Features can be in print, video, audio, or in-person.

• Performances

Opportunities for the client to share their artistic talents with an engaged crowd by performing their art or music live on stage.

• Appearances

The client attends events with the purpose of networking and promoting the brand, music, or art. Performance is not necessary for appearances.

• Artist Development

One-on-one coaching, training, and advising with a consultant to increase marketability.

• Studio Session

Allotted time for private audio recordings, visual recordings, or multimedia designing with a producer or creative director.

ODDLY SATISFYING

Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective date: August 25, 2026

This policy applies to private ODDLY SATISFYING bookings by Inner G Healing™.

Reserving Your Date

• A signed booking agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve an event date and time.

• An inquiry, quote, or verbal confirmation does not reserve a date.

• Bookings made within seven days of an event require payment in full when the booking is accepted.

Remaining Balance

• The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event.

• If payment is not received by the deadline, the booking may be canceled and the retainer will remain non-refundable.

• Add-ons, extended time, travel fees, or approved changes will be shown on the invoice and must be paid by the stated deadline.

Client Cancellations

• 14 or more days before the event: The retainer is not refundable, but it may be transferred one time to a new event date occurring within 90 days of the original date, subject to availability.

• 8–13 days before the event: The retainer is forfeited. Any amount paid above the retainer will be refunded. A new retainer is required to book another date.

• 7 days or fewer before the event, or a no-show: All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent in writing to contact@oneaireinvestments.com. The date the written request is received determines which terms apply.

Rescheduling

• One approved date transfer is permitted when requested at least 14 days before the event.

• The new date must occur within 90 days of the original event and is subject to availability.

• A second date change is treated as a cancellation and requires a new booking and retainer.

• Package changes, added time, travel, or updated material costs may change the final balance.

Weather and Outdoor Events

• Outdoor bookings must have a covered setup area and a reasonable weather backup plan.

• Inner G Healing™ may pause, modify, relocate, or end the experience when weather or site conditions are unsafe.

• When severe weather makes the event unsafe and no suitable indoor or covered backup is available, the parties may transfer the booking one time to an available date within 90 days. Payments already made will be applied to the new date.

• Choosing not to use an available weather backup does not qualify the booking for a refund.

Provider Cancellation

If Inner G Healing™ must cancel and cannot provide a suitable replacement date, all payments—including the retainer—will be refunded. This is the client’s sole financial remedy for a provider cancellation.

Event Timing

• The client is responsible for providing timely access for setup and for ensuring the experience can begin as scheduled.

• Delays caused by the client, venue, guests, or restricted access do not extend the scheduled end time.

• Additional time is $75 per hour and may be added only when staffing, venue rules, and the schedule permit.

Travel, Access and Setup

• Package pricing includes travel within 15 miles of Yeadon, Pennsylvania. Travel beyond that radius is quoted separately.

• The client must disclose stairs, limited parking, unloading restrictions, venue rules, and other access conditions before the booking is confirmed.

• The client is responsible for securing venue permission and providing the agreed table, space, shelter, water, electricity, or other site requirements listed in the booking agreement.

Guest Supervision, Safety and Materials

• A responsible adult designated by the client must remain present when children participate.

• The client must disclose known allergies, sensitivities, accessibility needs, and venue restrictions before the event.

• Guests must follow facilitator instructions. Inner G Healing™ may stop an activity when conduct or conditions are unsafe or damaging.

• The experience may be adjusted to suit age ranges, sensitivities, venue rules, material availability, or safety needs.

Damage and Cleaning

Standard setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the immediate experience area are included. The client is responsible for damage to equipment or excessive cleaning caused by misuse, prohibited access, or failure to follow instructions.

Acceptance

Payment of the retainer and signature of the booking agreement confirm acceptance of this policy.

The Mini Experience — $175

Up to 90 minutes • Approximately 20 guests

A compact sensory experience for intimate parties, playdates, and small gatherings.

Includes one hosted sensory-table setup, curated tactile activities, chalk-crushing materials, consumable supplies, branded signage, setup, breakdown, and immediate-area cleanup.

The Signature Experience — $275

Up to 2 hours • Approximately 40 guests

MOST POPULAR

An expanded, continuously hosted experience with more textures, materials, replenishment, and guest rotations. It is ideal for birthday parties, family celebrations, wellness gatherings, and medium-sized community events.

The Full Experience — $425

Up to 4 hours • Approximately 75 guests

A complete sensory attraction with extended hosting, larger material quantities, additional sensory selections, continuous replenishment, and higher guest-rotation capacity.

Designed for festivals, schools, corporate functions, organizational events, and larger celebrations.

Additional time: $75 per hour

Guest counts are estimates based on rotating participation, not simultaneous seating.

How Booking Works

1. Complete the booking inquiry form with your event date, location, guest count, and age range.

2. We will review the details and recommend the best package.

3. Accept your quote, sign the booking agreement, and pay the 50% non-refundable retainer.

4. Pay the remaining balance seven days before the event.

5. We bring ODDLY SATISFYING to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does submitting the form reserve my date?

No. Your date is reserved after your quote is accepted, the booking agreement is signed, and the 50% non-refundable retainer is paid.

Do all guests participate at once?

No. Estimated guest counts are based on comfortable rotations through the experience rather than simultaneous seating.

Can the experience be held outdoors?

Yes, provided there is a covered setup area and a weather backup plan. Unsafe weather or site conditions may require the experience to be modified, moved, rescheduled, or ended.

Can activities be adjusted for different ages or sensitivities?

Yes. Please share participant ages, known allergies, sensitivities, accessibility needs, and accommodations on the inquiry form so the setup can be planned appropriately.

Do you travel outside the Yeadon area?

Yes. Travel within 15 miles of Yeadon, Pennsylvania, is included. Additional travel is quoted separately.

Can I customize the experience?

Yes. Themes, event colors, favors, premium materials, extra tables, custom signage, and additional time may be available as add-ons.
